The Beulah application is operated by Beulah Group LLC, a duly formed limited liability company. By downloading or using the app, you enter into an agreement with Beulah Group LLC and accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
Beulah is a spiritual support and faith platform. Content (audio, messages, ministry responses) does not replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice. In a health or safety emergency, contact local emergency services or qualified professionals. Beulah and those who minister on the platform are not legally responsible for decisions based solely on spiritual content received through the app.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, without prejudice to other remedies.
You are responsible for account security when using third-party sign-in (e.g. Google). You may sign out of the app at any time. For full deletion of your account and personal data, or to correct your information, follow our Privacy Policy (including email contact with subject lines “Account deletion” or “Data correction”). This aligns with typical Apple App Store and Google Play requirements for clear user information.
Sermons, audio, designs, and Beulah’s own text are protected. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license. Do not redistribute or sell that material without permission.
Some access to Beulah may be free; premium or subscription features, if offered, will be governed by Apple App Store or Google Play billing terms as applicable.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any choice or conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the app or these terms shall be subject to the competent courts and jurisdiction of the United States, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Beulah Group LLC is the contracting entity.
